It takes about 2–3 days if we have stock in our warehouse. For custom designs, the production time will need to be calculated based on your specific requirements.

The production time is usually about 25 days, depending on the model and quantity. With our large production capacity, we can ensure a reasonable lead time even for bulk orders.

You can provide files in JPG, AI, CDR, or PDF formats. Based on your design and technical requirements, we will create a 3D drawing for your final confirmation before mold production.

Sure! You can request a sample to check the quality before placing a bulk order. The sample cost is covered by the buyer but will be refunded once your order reaches a certain quantity. Samples are usually shipped via FedEx, UPS, TNT, or DHL. If you have a carrier account, we can use it for shipping. Otherwise, you can pay the shipping fees to our PayPal account, and we’ll arrange the shipment for you.
